Greeting - The Namaste

 The Namaste is one of the most well known Indian traditions and isn't simply limited to the Indian domain any longer. You have Barack Obama, who has been seen doing it on different events, or you had Ban Ki-Moon, the UN Secretary-General, welcoming everybody with a namaste at the Times Square in New York on the primary International Yoga Day. 


However, what's the importance? 

The Namaste, or namaskar, or 'namaskar' is one of the five types of conventional good tidings referenced in the antiquated Hindu sacred texts, the Vedas. It makes an interpretation of to 'I bow to you', and hello each other with it is a method of saying 'May our brains meet', demonstrated by the collapsed palms put before the chest. The word Namaha can likewise be interpreted as 'na mama' (not mine), to connote the decreases of one's inner self within the sight of the other.
